NewTech21.com does not check names for validity. Commenters bear full ownership of their names and observations. However, NewTech21.com recommends the use of real and full names for accountability when having civil discussions.

NewTech21.com not only stores information that the public sees but also comments that have been deleted, email, and IP address of the individual who had commented (If it’s required). NewTech21.com has a right to give the required information if law enforcement agencies do require it.
